Safeguarding Customer Information
We will protect consumer privacy by ensuring that only
employees who have a business reason for knowing information
have access to it. The Vice President and Cashier in
charge of operations will be the banks' privacy coordinator.
This person is responsible for maintaining internal
procedures to ensure that our customers' information
is protected.
All employees receive a copy of this policy during the
hiring process and will be given a new copy annually
with training as needed. The financial privacy coordinator
and the appropriate department managers will be responsible
for monitoring employees to determine if the policy
has been violated in any way. These individuals, along
with the human resources director, will take disciplinary
action when necessary.

Each customer will receive a privacy disclosure upon
opening a new account. In addition, a notice will be
sent to all customers once during each twelve-month
period. If our relationship with a customer ends, we
will continue to adhere to our privacy policy and practices
in regards to their account(s).
