State Bank of Lincoln is Actively Monitoring COVID-19 Developments
Update #2 3/17/2020
With the continued developments of COVID-19, we have made the decision to adjust branch services to increase protection of our valued employees and customers.
To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, State Bank of Lincoln is taking the following measures:
- Our drive-up services will remain open during regular business hours. These hours can be found on our website and on our mobile app.
- Effective Wednesday, March 18, we will temporarily limit branch lobby services to by- appointment for essential needs such as safe deposit box access and debit card assistance. Local branch phone numbers can be found on our website and will be posted on the lobby doors.
- Employee nonessential travel has been suspended and group training events have been postponed.
- Recommended disinfecting and cleaning protocols have been in place at all of our facilities.
We strongly recommend you take advantage of our online and mobile banking services which allow you to conduct most of your banking needs at home, 24/7.
Also available are our branch night deposits and ATMs for cash withdrawals.
We will continue to monitor the CDC, federal, state, and local guidelines so that we can reopen lobby service as soon as possible.
We will update our website and social media with any changes.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unusual time. We are prepared and focused on continuing to serve you!
Update #1 3/17/2020
As your community bank, State Bank of Lincoln continues to monitor Coronavirus developments, focusing on the safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and communities. We are following the most up-to-date guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as state and local public health departments.
Considering action by the state of Illinois on March 13 regarding school closings, hours of operation or services may be adjusted due to staffing shortages resulting from unavailable childcare alternatives. We understand our obligation to our customers, so as a matter of standard practice, we have contingency plans in place to reduce disruption as best we can through this outbreak or any other potential disaster. Any changes to business hours or services available will be posted to our designated webpage.
To conveniently and safely handle many types of routine transactions, we encourage you to take advantage of our Online Banking services for:
- Account Information
- Mobile Deposit
- Online Bill Pay
